Psychiatric Care— In the Convenience and Privacy of Home
I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. I am accepting new telepsychiatry patients, who are in Wisconsin. My practice includes treatment of adults and/or children, for all psychiatric conditions, including ADD, ADHD, depression, or anxiety. My practice is unique in that I provide longer appointments, even for ‘medication checks’— believing that if we take more time, I will understand you more completely, allowing us to find the right approach the FIRST time. I work with my patients to find the treatment approach that will specifically address their needs— no ‘cookbook medicine!’
Most of my patients see me ‘in person,’ but telepsychiatry is a rapidly-growing option for those who live in remote areas, who are unable to leave home, or who simply prefer the convenience and privacy of receiving care while at home. No special equipment or knowledge of technology is required.
I have a significant practice treating addiction, including opioid dependence. The DEA limits the number of patients who can be treated by one physician for opioid dependence at any one time. I am currently at that limit for treating patients with buprenorphine or Suboxone, and so I cannot accept patients with those needs. I can, however, provide education or counseling for patients struggling with addictions and for their family members. Call (920) 923-9054 for rates for those services.
